Steve, I don’t know much C.J. Mahaney, but he’s working with some very reputable people in my book. Your accusation of spiritual abuse (inferred from those websites) within his church troubles me, but I honestly don’t know how to take it.
I see the Wikipedia pages lean heavily on information from someone who disagrees with Mahaney, but I also see a note saying Larry Tomczak, the opposition, said his split with Mahaney was largely over Calvinism.
Do you cite those website out of personal experience? Can you tell me some specific objectionable things Mahaney has said or done that you can back up well enough?
