The ACLU of Oregon and a group of bookseller and advocacies are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publishersweekly.com\/article\/CA6555639.html?rssid=192\">suing to get it stopped<\/a>.  They say the law is too broadly written and could be abused by &#8220;overzealous police and prosecutors.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Andy Olson (R-Albany), said, &#8220;This law was carefully <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oregonlive.com\/politics\/oregonian\/index.ssf?\/base\/news\/1209430512191360.xml&#038;coll=7\">written to respect Oregonians&#8217; First Amendment rights<\/a>. It is clearly targeted at individuals who use pornography to lure and harm Oregon&#8217;s kids.
