The winners have been emailed and confirmed. Congratulations to Roy Jacobsen, Michael and Omie for being randomly selected in the drawing.
Remember this is the first of two contests for Lars Walker novels. The next one will be open to bloggers and require a certain kind of post. I’ll let you know soon.
I think we need an independent agency to verify the randomness of the drawing. Does anyone else agree? 🙂
I for one agree. I mean, “random”? What does that even mean? I mean, like, only people who’ve commented before, is that what “random” means?
I think ICANN should look into it or the Freds. There was a whole lot at stake here.
And, like, did you see that the “Simple Human Check Question” on the color of grass will take, like, anything? I put in yellow and it worked. That’s so dum.
(the above was entirely facetious–they were facetious remarks–just in case someone asks)
But was your parenthetic remark facetious as well?
Which reminds me of one of my favorite scenes from Star Trek…
Captain Kirk: Harry lied to you, Norman. Everything Harry says is a lie. Remember that, Norman. *Everything* he says is a lie.
Harcourt Fenton Mudd: Now I want you to listen to me very carefully, Norman. I’m… lying.
