Loren Eaton is out on his blog for a several days and has foolishly chosen to post something I wrote for him. It will be the beginning of the end of his credibility in the blogscape, I’m sure. I write about the truth in fiction, relating it, naturally, to zombies. If you wish to see the train wreck in action, go to I Saw Lightning Fall (which is a cool blog name, don’t you think).
It’s quite a good post, actually. And kudos to anyone who guesses the allusion in ISLF‘s name.
You mean the allusion to Jesus’ claim to have seen Satan fall after he had sent his disciples out? Or is it something else?
Yeah, I always assumed that was the reference. En”light”en us.
By the way, very good piece. I especially liked the plug for my book, but I’d have liked it even without it. Honestly.
Yup, you all got it. I always thought that image was simultaneously frightening and beautiful. Which explains, I guess, some of my taste in literature.
Thanks. Now I feel all warm and squishy inside.
As any zombie could tell you, you are warm and squishy inside.
