It’s so hard to do, though. My internal perfectionist wants to obliterate all my first drafts.
I know all the writing blankety first drafts stuff-I’m even reading Bird By Bird by Ann Lamott again just to let it soak in One.More.Time. And yet, here I sit with 134 pages of my first draft, not even touched since November. Too bad my fear and stupidity can’t be weaponized.
