I believe they use this carol in the George C. Scott version of “A Christmas Carol.” I wasn’t actually aware it wasn’t written for that. So now I know.
Sometimes they write great songs for movies and plays, but not this one.
Ah, whatever the reason…this is the season for this great Christmas music! I’ve played and played it………..thanks for bringing this to my attention. As much as I enjoy Mannheim Steam Roller, this stuff is pretty close to perfect.
