This Christmas Carol by Christina Rossetti, performed by Sissel, seems a good choice as I approach a weekend when YET ANOTHER snowstorm is portended. It’s supposed to start coming down heavily late tonight, and continue tomorrow–pretty much all day. Indications suggest I’ll finally be able to get to snowblowing on Sunday morning, which may interfere with church.
At least I ought to have plenty of time to work on Christmas cards without distraction.
Have a good weekend!
Very beautiful—Sissel and the song. Snow on snow on snow. I’m glad you have a snow blower.
Ah….. here in balmy Oregon, we too are in the middle of one of our more severe winter “storms”…
Lucky for us though is even as this rain falls it goes into the storm drains and finally out to sea… and at nearly 50 degrees well…need I say more?
One never uses a “rain blower” here in God’s country. :?)
And I had no fear of missing our great Christmas
service last night… again…no snow and no blowing machine.
All the snow, about 2 feet fell in the mountains….and stayed there…. where the skiers like it….
Merry Christmas all those in Minn. land…
ps…thanks for Sissle…
A “rain blower,” heh heh, John, you’re cracking me up!
I do my best….. but I seem to entertain few……sigh…..
